Terms and Conditions

Tickets reserved by telephone or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation otherwise they will be released for general sale.  

When you receive your tickets please check that they are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance.  All customers need a valid ticket. If you need guidance regarding age suitability of a production please contact the Box Office on 0843 208 1835 who will happily advise you.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable interval, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Latecomers not admitted are not entitled to a refund.  Always allow sufficient travelling time to the venue.
It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

The Theatre Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Theatre,  request any ticket holder to leave the Theatre, conduct security searches.

All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management’s right to alter the advertised arrangements, programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification or obligation to offer a refund or exchange.

The Theatre Management reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to cancel any performance without notice. Every effort will be made to contact customers in advance and a full refund will be provided.

The Box Office will advise all customers regarding suitability of a show for minors where an age guideline is not advertised. All customers must be accounted for in the auditorium.

The use of cameras, mobile phones, video and audio recorders or any other electronic or digital recording, photographic or imaging devides is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited. Mobile phones, pagers, or any other noisy devices  must be switched off prior to entering the auditorium.  Tapes or films may be destroyed.

Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.  Please check with the event organizer or the duty manager at the event if this would present a problem to you as the customer.

The Gracie Fields  Theatre is a non-smoking building. We ask our customers to refrain from the use of electronic cigarettes in all areas of the theatre as it is potentially disruptive, causes confusion and can be a distraction.

The re-sale of tickets is not permitted where being sold for profit or commercial gain. Any will render
the ticket null and void.

Dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted in the Gracie Fields Theatre.

The Gracie Fields Theatre take no responsibility for any personal property.

The venue, promoter or producer reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket at their discretion.

Data Collection
The Gracie Fields Theatre conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 and we are committed to protecting your
privacy. Disclosure of your personal details at the time of booking, either on-line, in person or over the telephone gives us consent to the collection and safe storage and processing of this information and for
processing your order.

The Gracie Fields Theatre may also use this data to track marketing and booking trends. From time to time we may also use this data to inform you of news or events at the Gracie Fields Theatre. We may also, with your consent, pass on your personal details to third parties or similar arts organisations for purpose of mailing you products that may interest you.

Ticket Delivery
Tickets will usually be sent on the next working day after you have booked. In some cases tickets are not sent until two weeks before the event at the promoters request, should this be the case this will be clearly stated in the event listing and on your email confirmation.  

For performances fewer than 7 working days, tickets are left for collection at the box office.  For operational reasons, we may alter the time-scale of delivery but will advise you of this at the time of booking.  If collecting tickets from the venue, the Cardholder and Card used at time of booking must be present in order for the ticket to be released.

Refunds and Exchanges
We regret we are unable to offer ticket refunds or exchanges.  The Gracie Fields Theatre may occasionally offer refunds or exchanges at the discretion of the management where technical problems may cause the booking system to fail.

If you wish to return tickets that you cannot use before the performance, the Gracie Fields Theatre will
endeavour to sell these provided we are completely sold out. There is a one off administration charge of £3 for
this, irrespective of the number of tickets re-sold or returned. We cannot guarantee the re-sale of tickets. Only
original tickets can be offered for re-sale (not Duplicate). We reserve the right not to accept tickets for re-sale.

Duplicate Tickets
The Gracie Fields Theatre regrets that we cannot take repsonsibility for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

English Law governs all of these terms and conditions.
